You understand that tight alignment with Advisory, Product, and Management functions is essential to developing a cohesive message and sustainable demand generation cycle. You care deeply about authenticity and integrity in messaging. You’ve done this before -- driving growth in business-to-business, high touch, long consideration markets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and tighten Worthwhile’s core brand messaging and strategy and ensure consistency across all mediums 
  • Oversee all aspects of demand generation, promoting Worthwhile to new and existing clients
  • Manage the quarterly marketing budget, making smart investments that drive results
  • Identify core topics, create compelling content, and distribute it via multiple channels
  • Work to build our brand as a destination employer in our industry and build a database of prospective hires by Guild
  • Engage directly with prospective customers and identify Marketing Qualified Leads
  • Work closely with the CEO to identify and hand off high value new business leads resulting in new opportunity creation (Sales Qualified Leads)
  • Work closely with the Strategic Account Manager to identify and hand off high value existing client leads resulting in new opportunity creation
  • Manage and continuously improve all marketing channels including targeted and general email campaigns, LinkedIn, Google Ads, AdRoll, organic SEO, and more
  • Identify and manage specific industry or domain-focused funnels
  • Stay on top of industry trends in software development, data and marketing analytics, and advisory services
  • Be a continuous learner and find creative ways to communicate the value of Worthwhile in a way that drives measurable demand
  • Support any other initiative or project as defined by the leadership team
  • Role expectations: 
    • Results: Meet or exceed pipeline creation and cost of goods sold benchmarks
  • Compensation and benefits:
    • Base salary plus bonus based on revenue
    • Health insurance, paid time off, expense and travel account, and other benefits

The following would be great to have, but are not necessarily required.

  • Experience marketing professional services, custom software or data analytics services
  • Experience using and customizing Salesforce
