This is a member of the Program Management Office and reports to the Director of Program Management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work to build our brand as a destination employer in our industry while maintaining and developing a positive work environment for the engineering team 
  • Engage directly with customers to communicate program status and maintain alignment 
  • Work closely with the Strategic Account Manager to proactively communicate, retain, and grow our accounts 
  • Stay on top of industry best practices in software development, data analytics, and advisory services
  • Be a continuous learner and find creative ways to communicate the value of Worthwhile in a way that inspires client confidence and a positive work environment for the engineering team 
  • Support any other initiative or project as defined by the leadership team
  • Manages the software development life cycle including research, architecture, development, customization, testing, and release
  • Manages expectations and conflict resolution for all stakeholders 
  • Manages collection process for program requirements
  • Manages program scope 
  • Tracks progress according to timeline
  • Responsible for program quality assurance test
  • Oversees user acceptance testing 
  • Develops requirements, budgets, and schedules
  • Establishes milestones, anticipates issues, and monitors adherence to program scope, requirements, design documents, and schedules
  • Advocates client objectives and passionately keeps client solutions on track to achieve those objectives
  • Leads regular client meetings
  • Facilitates team workshops with clients
  • Meet or exceed program performance benchmarks 


Compensation and Benefits:

Requirements for Applicants:

  • 5-7 years of experience in project or program management within the software development, professional services, and data analytics delivery environment
  • 2-4 years of business analyst experience in the software development / services delivery environment 


Preferred Competencies: 

  • Certified Scrum Master
  • PMP certification
  • Experience using and customizing Jira and other Atlassian products 
  • BS in Business Management or similar field 
  • Quality assurance experience
